Since 2017, the quartet has been dedicated to improvising live the hypnotic, intoxicating ambience of live electro music, enhanced by explosive spontaneity and a passion for sound experimentation.
Following in the footsteps of groups such as Knower and Cabaret Contemporain, the BIG TUSK use a variety of influences (Aphex Twin, Mr Oizo, Kurt Cobain) to forge their own identity that completely breaks down genre barriers.
The Tuskist ideology is rooted in the absence of hierarchical organization, placing cooperation at the heart of its operation. The group's mythology is inspired by cinematographic universes, such as the unclassifiable and morbid “Tusk”, in which a man dreams of finding the walrus that resides in every human being...
According to their fanatical followers, what really sets the BIG TUSK apart is the exceptional osmosis that characterizes the relationship between the band members.
